The warranty period for all Sarsılmaz products is 2 years. This period begins from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty covers all parts and all of the product as part of problems that may arise from the manufacturer. User-caused problems are not covered by the warranty.
If the product fails during the warranty period, the time spent on repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time is no more than 20 working days. This period begins from the date of notification of the failure of the product to the service station and to any of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer in the absence of the service station.
In case the product fails during the warranty period due to both material and labour and assembly errors, no labour costs, part costs or any fees under any name will be charged.
Provided that within the warranty period, In the case where the same failure repeats more than 4 times in 1 year or if different failures occur more than 6 times; the failure to benefit from the product becomes continuity; the maximum time required for repair is exceeded, the service station or service station is not available; it is determined that the repair of the defect is not possible with a report issued by one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer, the product will be replaced free of charge, provided that permission is obtained from the official institutions that there is no harm in changing the product.
Failures caused by the use of the product contrary to the considerations contained in the user's manual are not covered by the warranty.
No labour or similar fees are requested from the consumer for the service provided during the periodic maintenance required by the manufacturer or importer, which must be done by the service stations within the warranty period.
For problems that may arise in relation to the warranty certificate, the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance is applied.
The use of the warranty certificate was authorized by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance in accordance with law 4077 and the relevant regulation put into force on the basis of this law.
The responsibility for issuing a warranty certificate and providing it to the consumer belongs to the seller, dealer, agent or representative offices where the consumer buys the product.
